Wow, I’ve been reading about the big ice and snowstorms around the country, kind of scary. It doesn’t seem too bad here in Omaha though. I guess I haven’t been out yet. I was out yesterday for a few hours when it was snowing and it didn’t seem too dangerous. I was driving pretty carefully though. I slid around a little bit, but a ‘91 Mustang (with rear-wheel drive) probably isn’t the best for these conditions, at least that’s what everyone tells me. I’m finally getting to use those snow studded tires that we got in December before any snow had come.
I was out hanging with my lil’ girls from the HHOP and we ended up at the leadership meeting. That was fun, I guess. When we walked in they were all about sending us to Starbucks but they were almost done. They all said that next meeting they’re making us come to serve them refreshments and whatnot.
So I’m watching the IHOP webstream (keep in mind it’s early afternoon) and Tim Reimherr’s leading (from Merchant Band, don’t ya know). I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen him lead at IHOP because he’s a morning shifter (and I’m totally not). He must be filling in for stranded IHOPers because of their big ice storm. Either that or he moved to afternoon, which I think is unlikely. No, it’s totally the storm. Well, this is weird. I accidentally hit some key and now it’s all italicized and I can’t fix it. Anyway, my mum needs the computer for HHOP business. I want you with me where I am Come up here
